These are the next two images in my Residue of Gesture Photogravure Series. Photogravure a printmaking process of etching copper plates with a photographic image, then printing that image through an intaglio process, that is, inking the plate and then printing with a printing press, with pressure, transferring the ink from the recesses of the plate to the paper.
